Non-returnable items:

  • Digital products (e.g., software, e-books).

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

2. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b. Instructions:​ Our support team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

c. Shipping:​ You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

b. Approval & Processing:​ Upon approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

c. Timing:​ Please allow 3-7 business days​ for the refund to be processed and appear in your account after approval. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window.

  • Return shipping costs (unless the error was ours).
