Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday) are processed within 1–3 business days.

6. Returns and Exchanges
Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping costs and send replacements promptly.
Customer-Initiated Returns (e.g., size changes, unwanted items): Customers pay return shipping if the item is unused and in original condition. We cover shipping for exchanges.
Undeliverable Shipments (due to incorrect address): Customers bear reshipping costs.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate returns/exchanges.
7. Risk of Loss and Title
Responsibility for items transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Tracking information will be provided for all orders.
8. Prohibited Items
